Who we are?

We are a small, family run webstore based in the United Kingdom. The idea of the business is originated from our love for our cat Tori, who brings so so much happiness, fun and love into our life. Our aim is to provide a wide range of beautiful, quality, creative and unique cat themed products and gifts for all the cat lovers. You can also find cat toys, household accessories to make your four-pawed friends happy and to spend quality play time together. We would also like to create a community on social media for cat lovers and cat owners, to share our thoughts, have fun, help, find friends, or just have a chat with like-minded, crazy cat people just like us.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide! However, if you are based in the United Kingdom, please visit our UK site at www.meowtown.co.uk 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Delivery usually takes 10-15 working days to most destinations. Rarely, it can take up to 30 days depending on your location.
Please note, the delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, we are not responsible for any local delivery delays in your area.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is calculated depending on the item weight and destination. Multiple items might arrive in separated packages. 
You are responsible to pay your customs & duty fees after your package if it is charged by your country, however we do everything we can to avoid these costs for you. 

When you order printed or customised items (such as shirts and mugs) from an EU country, your order will be fulfilled locally from the EU, therefore customs and duty charges will not apply. Orders from the United States will be fulfilled from the United States.  Orders placed from any other countries will need to pay for their own customs and duty charges if it is applied by their country border. In this case, when the parcel reaches your country, you will receive a letter/email/text from your local border office from any extra payment due.
All other products such as cat beds are shipped from the warehouse in Asia.

Where is my order?

We will send you a tracking number within 1-3 working days. Please leave 7 working days after the estimated delivery time (up to 15-30 days) before contacting us. Please be patient if the tracking shows your item is still in transit.  Your parcel will be considered lost only 2 weeks after there had been no tracking journey update. In this case you will be offered a refund or re-post.

I have changed my mind about the purchase, can I get a refund?

Printed products are made to order, only for you, therefore we do not offer refund if you have changed your mind. 
All other products can be returned to our UK address, please note that in this case you will need to cover your return postage costs.

My item is faulty / wrong

If your order arrives damaged or faulty or you have received the wrong product, please send us a couple of photos including the outer packaging and shipping label , so we can send you a replacement asap.

My garment doesn't fit, can I get an exchange for a different size?

Miau Town Special Prints are made to order, especially for you, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the measurements beforehand carefully.
If you are unsure about sizing please contact us before placing the order.
